About the role

The RN Clinical Supervisor - Ambulatory proactively works towards achieving quality and safety outcomes and assists with overall clinical staff development; serves as a clinical lead and resource to all clinical staff in collaboration with the practice manager including hiring, coaching, training, education, and providing feedback on performance evaluations; ensures retention of talent incorporating proper training and development of low performing staff; collaborates with nursing administration, practice leadership, and other administrative staff to create efficient clinical services, implement process improvements, and assist in quality initiatives; will also assist with rooming patients and triage as needed; adheres to established quality principles and standards established by Community Health Network.

  • Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing
  • Licensed RN with a valid license to practice in the state of Indiana
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
  • Medical office experience required
  • Clinical supervision or lead experience preferred
  • Computer skills for documentation and work-related purposes
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrates customer service skills to provide exceptional patient and family experience
  • Able to maintain strong internal and patient/staff relations
  • Accountable and self-directed

Requirements

  • Graduate of NLN, CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA accredited school of nursing
