Clinic RN - Gastroenterology
About the Role
The Journey Clinic RN provides comprehensive nursing care for patients in an ambulatory care environment, addressing physical, emotional, and spiritual needs across the lifespan. This role facilitates care coordination through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and teaching needs via direct, telephonic/telehealth, or electronic encounters. The Clinic RN collaborates with the healthcare team, maintains compliance with nursing standards and regulatory requirements, and supports clinicians in delivering quality care. Actions reflect the organization's core values, with a focus on patient-focused, whole-person care.
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care and teaching needs.
- Facilitate care coordination through direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team.
- Maintain compliance with professional nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Support clinicians in delivering quality health care to patients.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License.
- Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
- 18 months of professional nursing experience.

Pay
The base pay range for this position is $39.19 - $60.84. Additional compensation may be available, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.

WA Walla Walla, 301 W Poplar St, St Mary Poplar Medical Complex-Walla Walla. On-site work location.
