Job Details

The posted compensation range of $26.14 - $36.91/hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Requirements

• Current RN licensure in the state of North Dakota or a compact state. LPN license if coming in as an LPN
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• A strong commitment to patient safety and quality care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented clinic environment

Responsibilities

• Collects identification and payor related documentation, conducts patient registration, and performs point of service collection
• Makes measurements and collects patient data including temperature, pulse, oxygen saturation, respirations, blood pressure, height, weight, and, in indicated pediatric patients, length and head circumference. Conducts hearing and vision screenings. Communicates the data and results to the patient
• Documents all data accurately into the patient medical record
• Collaborates with physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants to ensure patients and families receive exceptional care and education, promoting optimal health and well-being
• Assists the provider with front office and back office duties in the outpatient management of patients on a rotating basis
• Organizes, schedules, completes, and communicates primary care, specialist, and ancillary referrals to patients
