Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in patient care, supporting physicians and maintaining accurate, timely medical records.
• Develop collaborative relationships with healthcare team members and ensure patient education and satisfaction.
• Supervise and motivate clinical staff, manage schedules, and oversee policies and protocols.
• Respond to provider inquiries, monitor workflow, and promote a positive, professional environment.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain licensure, certifications, and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate from an approved RN program with a valid New York RN license.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS and a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing are preferred.
• Experience in outpatient clinics, EMR systems, and specific clinical areas like GI.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
