Supervisor Clinic Practice
Job Summary
As our Clinic Practice Supervisor, you will lead operational excellence within our integrated healthcare system. You will collaborate to streamline processes and enhance clinic performance, focusing on patient experience, financial health, and staff engagement. This role requires a healthcare administrator with a passion for improving healthcare delivery and upholding mission-driven values.
Responsibilities
Take direct ownership of clinic operations management, overseeing business, financial, and clinical functions.
Proactively identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, working closely with practice managers and directors.
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and accrediting bodies through ongoing monitoring and necessary changes/improvements.
Provide day-to-day leadership of 1-2 clinics, including expansion and growth of services, physician relations, personnel, and marketing/community relations.
Develop and maintain a positive employee and provider environment, fostering a productive, motivated, and engaged workforce.
Collaborate with physicians and APPs to meet their needs.
Oversee clinic staff in all activities to ensure high quality standards and smooth facility operation.
Recruit, select, monitor, develop, coach, and mentor staff to achieve quality patient care outcomes.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory agencies governing health care delivery and rules of accrediting bodies by continuously monitoring service and facility operations and programs, and initiating required changes or improvements.
Requirements
A high school diploma or GED
One to two years of experience working in a physician practice
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Physical Requirements
Sedentary work (prolonged periods of sitting and exerting up to 10 lbs. force occasionally).

Pay Range
$25.48 - $44.27 /hour
