Supervisor Clinic

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Clinic Supervisor to optimize clinic operations and enhance patient care delivery within a leading healthcare system committed to exceptional patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic activities, providing supervision, direction, and support to ensure adherence to established policies and standards.
• Manage staff, conduct performance evaluations, and allocate staffing to meet patient and departmental needs.
• Work closely with clinic management and medical staff to enforce protocols, investigate complaints, and monitor payroll and budget compliance.
• Ensure charging/reimbursement accuracy and maintain staff licensure, contributing to a positive and productive clinic environment.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or equivalent with 3+ years of related experience in a clinic/physician office setting, or specialized technical training in coding or medical assistance.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Proactive leader capable of effectively problem-solving, managing conflict, and championing a culture of continuous improvement, upholding the highest ethical standards in a complex and evolving healthcare landscape.
