Supervisor Clinic

About the role

As our Clinic Supervisor, you will oversee and evaluate the daily activities of assigned patient access and/or clinical staff, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, cost-effectively, and in full compliance with established objectives and regulations. Every day you will supervise staff (hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating), manage patient access and/or clinical office services, serve as a critical liaison between departments, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for operational streamlining. To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate expertise in supervising support staff, possess strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, and apply critical thinking to operational challenges, contributing to major business decisions with higher-level management. Responsibilities

• Oversee and evaluate daily activities of assigned patient access and/or clinical staff to ensure efficient, cost-effective, compliant service delivery.
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
• Manage patient access and/or clinical office services.
• Act as a critical liaison between departments.
• Troubleshoot issues and resolve patient relations matters as first line of escalation.
• Identify and implement opportunities to streamline operations and approved procedural changes.
• Schedule, supervise, and evaluate work of assigned staff per established procedures.
• Supervise daily operations of assigned support functions to ensure timely, cost-effective activities per professional standards, budget constraints, policies, and legal/regulatory requirements.
• Ensure patient information is accurately entered, updated, and maintained in appropriate systems per clinic policies.
• Oversee scheduling of depositions/conferences with providers/attorneys for billing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with three (3) years of leadership experience, or a Master's degree.

Pay

Pay Range: $33.85 - $55.86 per hour.
