Supervisor Clinic

Responsibilities

• Overtake daily clinic operations to support smooth, efficient workflows across the practice
• Supervise and support clinical and patient service team members, including onboarding and staff development
• Cook up staffing schedules and help ensure appropriate coverage for clinic operations
• Serve as a resource for staff, providers, and patients to support communication and problem-solving
• Address day-to-day operational and employee concerns while partnering with leadership on complex matters
• Monitor key clinic metrics, support performance goals, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Aid with budgeting, expense management, and operational planning
• Promote compliance with regulatory, safety, privacy, and organizational standards
• Help foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, innovation, and excellent patient service

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree RN/LPN/CMA or combination of education and experience required
• Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a current RN, LPN, OR CMA credential
