Supervisor, Claims & Billing

Overview The Supervisor, Professional Billing provides support to WPP revenue cycle staff and is the subject matter expert on claims, billing, and follow-up guidelines. Responsible for onboarding all new billing and follow-up staff, as well as providing support and training to existing staff when indicated. This role provides daily administrative support (including productivity monitoring, quality assurance reviews, and timekeeping), and helps with workflow management.
