Supervisor, Claims & Billing

About the role

The Supervisor, Professional Billing provides support to WPP revenue cycle staff and serves as the subject matter expert on claims, billing, and follow-up guidelines. This role is responsible for onboarding all new billing and follow-up staff, as well as providing support and training to existing staff when indicated. The position offers daily administrative support, including productivity monitoring, quality assurance reviews, and timekeeping, and assists with workflow management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert on claims, billing, and follow-up guidelines.
• Onboard new billing and follow-up staff.
• Provide support and training to existing staff as needed.
• Monitor productivity and conduct quality assurance reviews.
• Manage timekeeping and assist with workflow management.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree (Preferred).
• 3 years of experience in Accounting/Finance - Billing (Required).
