About the role

Superica, located at the Battery Atlanta, seeks an Assistant General Manager to lead all aspects of restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of progressive restaurant experience, with at least 2 years in management.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with, or in the absence of, the General Manager
• Control seating of the restaurant and oversee menu changes to maximize revenue and maintain service standards
• Anticipate guests' needs and proactively ensure guests' satisfaction
• Foster and encourage an educational environment by training and leading the team to success

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant experience, with at least 2 years in management
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to anticipate and address guest needs

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
