About the role
Superica—“where sunshine spends the winter”—serves evolved renditions of Tex-Mex classics in an Old-West inspired atmosphere. The Assistant General Manager leads all aspects of restaurant operations in tandem with, or in the absence of, the General Manager by leading the team in an open, positive, and approachable manner. Responsibilities include controlling seating to maximize revenue, overseeing menu changes, anticipating guests’ needs, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The Assistant General Manager fosters an educational environment by training and leading the team to success.
Requirements
- 5 years of progressive restaurant experience preferred, with at least 2 years in management
