Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team at the Rabun County Jail in Tiger, GA. Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and nursing assessments
- Conduct sick call and evaluate patient concerns
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered li>Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to providers
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
- Collaborate with correctional staff and healthcare teammates to provide safe, quality care
