Support the mission and conduct themselves in a professional and responsible manner while abiding by all privacy and confidentiality requirements
Follow all corporate and departmental policies and procedures
Maintain scheduled hours and be flexible to meet the needs of the department.
Be available to work 40 hours per week and, if asked, some occasional overtime
Recognize, suggest, and assist with process improvements
Display critical thinking and problem-solving competencies
Assist with special projects
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Intern duties will vary in each department
Perform duties assigned by supervisor and department mentors.
What our team expects from you?
- A high school degree or equivalent required
- Current enrollment in an accredited 2 or 4 year college required
- At least 1 year of coursework completed preferred
- Must be 18 years or older
- Experience working in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred
Participate in, adhere to, and support compliance program objectives
The ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
Qualifications
