Key Responsibilities
- Aid the IT team with daily technical support tasks and troubleshooting.
- Maintain and update hardware and software inventory.
- Support network administration and monitor system performance.
- Participate in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
- Document IT processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
- Provide excellent customer service to end-users by addressing their technical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Duration
This is a summer internship position, typically lasting 8-12 weeks.
