IT Summer Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Aid the IT team with daily technical support tasks and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and update hardware and software inventory.
• Support network administration and monitor system performance.
• Participate in the installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
• Document IT processes and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members on IT projects and initiatives.
• Provide excellent customer service to end-users by addressing their technical issues promptly.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Windows and/or Mac operating systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Duration

This is a summer internship position, typically lasting 8-12 weeks.
