What You’ll Do

• Possessors will prospect homeowners through door-to-door outreach.
• Build relationships and engage directly with potential customers.
• Educate homeowners on products and services offered by The Parker Group Agency.
• Generate leads, schedule appointments, and manage follow-ups.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial conversation to close.
• Work closely with team leaders and mentors to improve sales performance.
• Track daily sales activities and customer interactions.
• Represent the company professionally within local communities.
