In-Market D2D Sales — Appointment Setter

About the role

UrbanX Pest & Wildlife Removal Services is seeking an In-Market Door-to-Door (D2D) Appointment Setter to assist homeowners and businesses protect their properties from wildlife and pest-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door outreach in assigned neighborhoods and service areas
• Identify customer pain points and generate interest in UrbanX services
• Schedule qualified inspections and service appointments for the sales/inspection team
• Maintain accurate appointment records and daily activity tracking
• Represent the company professionally and positively in the field
• Work closely with leadership and technicians to maximize customer experience
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a competitive and positive attitude
• Comfortable speaking with homeowners face-to-face
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Previous D2D sales, canvassing, appointment setting, or customer service experience is a plus
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed
