In-Market D2D Sales Representative

Titan Lighting is a family-operated and veteran-run business dedicated to enhancing outdoor spaces with top-quality, 100% USA-made lighting products. The company specializes in Trimlight permanent programmable holiday lighting and landscape lighting, which come with lifetime warranties. With a focus on quality and customer satisfaction, Titan Lighting is experiencing rapid growth and is seeking highly motivated In-Market D2D Sales Representatives.

Responsibilities

• Canvass Targeted Neighborhoods: Actively knock doors in high-potential areas to generate new leads and build local brand awareness.
• Conduct On-Site Consultations: Meet with homeowners face-to-face to discuss their vision for landscape, architectural, or permanent holiday lighting.
• Demonstrate Technology: Educate clients on how our programmable systems work via the mobile app, showcasing the wide range of colors and patterns.
• Measure & Estimate: Accurately measure rooflines or landscape areas and prepare same-day, free quotes for prospective customers.
• Manage Your Pipeline: Follow up with leads, overcome objections, and close sales to meet personal and company targets.
• Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Provide the excellent, prompt service that Titan Lighting is known for, generating organic referrals in the process.

Requirements

• People Skills: Highly comfortable interacting face-to-face with customers and handling rejection with a positive attitude.
• Self-Motivated: Strong time management skills and the drive to hustle without being micromanaged.
• Tech-Savvy: Smartphone proficiency is a must (for demonstrating our lighting apps, taking photos, and inputting leads).
• Mobility: Reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and the willingness to walk neighborhoods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Experience: Previous D2D canvassing or outside sales experience is a huge plus, but we will train the right highly motivated candidate.
