About the role

This role focuses on expanding the membership base within the automotive services and aftermarket industry by engaging independent auto repair shops, collision centers, and service professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Possess and present the value of membership including training programs, advocacy support, and operational tools
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with shop owners and decision-makers
  • Conduct virtual or in-person presentations and consultations
  • Manage your own pipeline, follow-ups, and closing process
  • Education prospects on industry trends and how membership improves profitability and efficiency
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets

Requirements

  • Strong communicator with a natural ability to build trust
  • Highly self-driven and comfortable working independently (1099 structure)
  • Results-oriented with a hunter mentality
  • Organized with strong follow-up discipline
  • Passionate about helping small businesses grow

Preferred Experience

  • Sales experience (B2B, outside sales, or consultative sales preferred)
  • Experience in automotive, aftermarket, or service-based industries
  • Familiarity with memberships, subscriptions, or intangible services
  • Existing network in the automotive space

Compensation

  • 100% Commission-Based (1099)
