Join Roof Maxx of Sandy this summer as a Door-to-Door (D2D) Full-Cycle Sales Representative—a high-impact, performance-driven role designed for individuals who want to build real sales skills while earning strong income in a short period of time. This is not a passive sales job. You will own the entire sales cycle—from generating leads in the field to closing deals with homeowners—while representing a company focused on sustainability, innovation, and extending the life of roofing systems. What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation (Door-to-Door): Prospect residential neighborhoods daily, initiate conversations with homeowners and identify roof conditions, generate qualified leads through direct outreach
  • Full-Cycle Sales: Conduct on-the-spot consultations and roof evaluations, educate homeowners on the Roof Maxx solution vs. replacement, present pricing and value clearly and confidently, close deals in the field and manage follow-ups when needed
  • Customer Education: Communicate the benefits of roof rejuvenation in simple, compelling terms, build trust through transparency and professionalism, position solutions based on homeowner needs—not pressure
  • Pipeline & Performance Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and sales activity, maintain daily and weekly performance targets, continuously improve pitch, objection handling, and closing skills

What We’re Looking For

  • Required: Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors daily, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated with a competitive mindset, ability to handle rejection and stay consistent
  • Preferred: Previous D2D or sales experience, background in customer-facing roles, interest in entrepreneurship, sales, or business development
