We partner with organizations worldwide to unlock the power of their SuccessFactors data, enabling leaders to make better people decisions. Our services span advisory, technology configuration, dashboard design, people analytics function design, culture change management, strategic workforce planning, and advanced analytics. As recognized specialists in the SAP ecosystem, particularly SuccessFactors data and the Report Stories, Workforce Analytics, and Reporting modules, we are expanding our consulting team in 2024.

As a People Analytics Consultant specializing in Report Stories, you will support customers across Europe and North America to succeed with the SuccessFactors Report Stories module. This role offers significant development opportunities, including exposure to senior leaders and a broad range of skills in a small team environment.

Responsibilities

• Translate clients’ data-driven HR visions into functional realities using SuccessFactors data and analytics technologies.
• Support and lead functional implementations of Workforce Analytics and Report Stories, including writing specifications/workbooks and front-end configuration.
• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and visual experiences that enable users to answer HR questions and make better people decisions.
• Train and enable customer organizations to fully use SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics and Stories in People Analytics, acting as a trusted advisor to customer leads.
• Write and maintain the 3n Strategy Stories and WFA Online guides.
• Dedicate time to understanding the SuccessFactors People Analytics products and roadmap, as well as the application of people analytics through the HR Analytics ThinkTank.
• Learn new product features as SuccessFactors and SAP products evolve, and help customers adopt them.
• Support strategic people analytics engagements, translating strategic plans into functional experiences.
• Work alongside the sales team to drive business development from existing and new client accounts.
• Contribute to industry insights through the 3n Strategy Employee Thought Leadership Scheme.

Requirements

• SuccessFactors Reporting or Workforce Analytics Functional Consultant certification.
• Experience supporting or leading the implementation of at least two live customers in the last two years.
• At least five years of career tenure related to HR data, systems, and technology.
• Proven functional knowledge of how to maximize the Report Stories or SAP Analytics Cloud interfaces.
• Strong design and visualization skills, with a track record of creating dashboards that deliver value and tell stories.
• Willingness to learn additional people analytics skills, including strategy and culture change.
• Comfort working with a wide range of customers, managing differing priorities and issues.

Qualifications

• Strong preference for candidates with SuccessFactors reporting experience (e.g., ORD, Advanced Reporting, or other legacy tools).
• General reporting experience, particularly with SuccessFactors tables and data, is preferred.
• Additional SuccessFactors certifications are a plus.
• Experience working in-house within a people analytics, HR reporting team, or HR Business Partner capacity is beneficial but not required.
• Aspirations to grow into HR strategy consulting, people data science, or other people analytics roles are desirable.
• Fluency in English is required; additional languages (French, Spanish, or German) are preferred.
• University degrees in Statistics, Data Science, HR, or Management are preferred but not mandatory.
• Eligibility to work in the UK, Europe, and the United States.
• Preference for candidates based in the United Kingdom.

Schedule

This role is entirely remote, with flexibility in hours and working times, provided customer and business needs are met. Occasional travel to customer sites worldwide and internal destinations may be required.
