SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist
Peloton is seeking an experienced SuccessFactors Implementation Specialist to support a high-priority global People Systems initiative. This role will be instrumental in the implementation and expansion of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, supporting the integration of a commercial business unit and enabling system readiness across multiple global locations.
About the role
The selected candidate will partner closely with the People Systems team, PMO, Payroll, HR stakeholders, and business leaders to gather requirements, design solutions, and guide the overall implementation strategy. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert, providing leadership and recommendations throughout the project lifecycle rather than simply executing assigned tasks. This is a highly visible project with aggressive timelines and a targeted employee migration date of January 1, 2027.
Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and expansion of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Enable system readiness across multiple global locations.
- Gather requirements and design solutions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide subject matter expertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of SuccessFactors experience, with strong expertise in Employee Central implementations, global deployments, and data migrations.
- SAP Certified - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Core and Position Management required.
- Deep SuccessFactors expertise and strong consulting skills.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $75.00 - $87.00/hr.
