SuccessFactors IT Consultant

Responsibilities

• Delivering the SAP solution that supports the business requirements.
• Provide functional expertise in configuring the identified business process using the SAP customizing tools and designing the required integrations or specific developments.
• Understanding the business process triggering the requirement in order to perform the relevant customizations in the SAP application and ensure, as much as possible, adherence to the SAP standard solutions.
• Support the Benefits implementation within the USA.
• Work as the main point of contact for business stakeholders regarding solution requirements, encompassing both one-time and runtime deliveries in an application management context.
• Carry out the parameterization of the solution to meet business requirements.
• Facilitate change, ensuring the maintenance and correction of applications.
• Work closely with the Digital Product Area Owner, Digital Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Digital Product Manager to support and develop applications.
• Support the Digital Product Area Owner in identifying competence and development needs, enhancing team members' skills, and promoting knowledge sharing.
• Organize and lead knowledge transfer phases to build a collaborative and open team mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as SuccessFactors IT consultant, knowing benefits, employee central, recruitment, onboarding, and compensation.
• Must have skills: Employee Central and Benefits Implementation.
• You possess a strong understanding of HR processes and can effectively translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with US Savings Plan configuration and as well as someone strong in EC.
• Your excellent communication skills enable you to interact effectively with stakeholders across different regions.
• You have experience leading workshops and managing stakeholder expectations, and you thrive in a collaborative global team environment.
• Additionally, you demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivering solutions.

Pay Range

$ 60.00 - $ 62.00
