SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SAP Success Factors Consultant to support the implementation, configuration, testing, and optimization of SAP Success Factors solutions. You will work with HR and business teams to improve HR processes, support system enhancements, and provide functional assistance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with SAP Success Factors implementation and configuration activities.
• Gather and document HR business and functional requirements.
• Support modules such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and business teams to improve HR processes.
• Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities.
• Participate in system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot functional issues and assist with resolution.
• Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, and user guides.
• Support system enhancements, updates, and implementation activities.
• Assist with reporting, data analysis, and system maintenance.
• Provide end-user support and training.

Requirements

• USA Work Permit, Citizenship, or Permanent Resident (PR) status.

Pay

$85,000 – $115,000 per year
