Substitute (SUB) Direct Support Professional/Caregiver

About the role

St Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking substitute/direct support professionals (DSPs) to cross-train between areas to be versatile DSPs. Key responsibilities include planning and teaching recreational activities, providing personal care, supporting community integration, transporting clients, completing and maintaining accurate reports, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a driving record meeting the organization's standards
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Reasoning ability to problem solve and interpret instructions
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities
• Physical demands including standing, walking, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and occasional climbing and balancing

• $39,650 per year
• $39,462 per year
