Substitute (SUB) Direct Support Professional/Caregiver
About the role
St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking Substitute/Pool Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to cross-train between areas to provide support for adults with developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include planning and teaching recreational activities, providing personal care, supporting community integration, and performing other duties such as transportation and report completion.
Responsibilities
- Plan and teach recreational activities
- Provide personal care and support for activities of daily living
- Support community integration
- Transport clients
- Complete and maintain accurate reports
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Make sound decisions in challenging situations
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees
