Substitute (SUB) Direct Support Professional/Caregiver

About the role

St. Coletta of Wisconsin is seeking substitute/direct support professionals (DSPs) to cross-train between areas to provide support for adults with developmental disabilities. Key responsibilities include planning and teaching recreational activities, providing personal care, supporting community integration, transporting clients, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and teach recreational activities
• Provide personal care and support for activities of daily living

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Basic computer skills

Pay

Estimated annual salary ranges from $36,241 to $39,650, depending on location.
