About the role
Provide evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Responsibilities
- Treatment planning and delivery for clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
- Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participating in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.
Requirements
- LISW or LMHC license required.
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
- Experience working with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Qualifications
- Passion for helping individuals overcome addiction and mental health challenges.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
