About the role

Provide evidence-based treatment for individuals struggling with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

  • Treatment planning and delivery for clients with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.
  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans.
  • Maintaining client confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participating in staff meetings and continuing education opportunities.

Requirements

  • LISW or LMHC license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field.
  • Experience working with substance use disorders and co-occurring conditions.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Passion for helping individuals overcome addiction and mental health challenges.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
