Outpatient Therapist (LISW or LMHC)

About the role

Provide compassionate care in a supportive outpatient setting. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual therapy sessions
• Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings
• Document patient interactions and progress in electronic health records

Requirements

• LISW or LMHC license required
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
