Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT or CMHC) - Outpatient
About the role
Lifestance Health is a rapidly expanding behavioral health practice group dedicated to improving access to trusted, affordable, and personalized mental healthcare. We are currently seeking talented Therapists in Utah, including Murray (Greater Salt Lake City area), Bountiful, Lehi, Riverton, Pleasant Grove, and Draper.
Responsibilities
- Deliver high quality behavioral healthcare
- Work flexible hours, including a hybrid model with 2-3 days in-office and 1-2 remote days
- Grow professionally and achieve above-market compensation with unlimited/uncapped earnings

Requirements
- Be fully licensed in Utah as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
- Have completed your Master's degree and no longer require supervision
- Be open to working some evenings for roles like Child Therapists, Trauma Therapists (EMDR certified), Family Therapists, and Couples Therapists
