Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMFT or CMHC) - Outpatient

About the Role

We are seeking passionate Therapists in Utah (Greater Salt Lake City area) who are committed to clinical excellence and delivering high-quality behavioral healthcare. This is a full-time, hybrid position with flexible work schedules, offering 2-3 days in the office and 1-2 days remote.

We are hiring for all office locations in Utah, including Bountiful, Riverton, Lehi, Murray, Pleasant Grove, and Draper, with more offices opening in 2027.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Utah as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Master’s degree completed and supervision stage finished
• Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) therapists are a plus

Preferred Specializations

Immediate needs (not required but a plus):

• Child Therapists (open to working some evenings)
• Trauma Therapists (EMDR certified)
• Family Therapists (open to working some evenings)
• Couples Therapists (open to working some evenings)
