About the role

BMS CAT is seeking quality subcontractors to add to our vendor list. We specialize in disaster restoration, handling projects from multi-million dollar commercial losses to residential repairs.

Responsibilities

• Install or repair cabinetry
• Carpentry work
• Finish-out work
• Install flooring
• Painting
• Sheetrock/Drywall installation
• Roofing
• Texturing
• Trim work

Requirements

• Carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with the following limits:
• $1,000,000 each occurrence
• $2,000,000 general aggregate per project
• $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate
• $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury
• Carry Business Automobile Liability Insurance as follows:
• $1,000,000 combined single limit OR
• $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person
• $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence
• $500,000 property damage

Qualifications

We are looking for experienced subcontractors who can provide these services and meet the insurance requirements mentioned above.

Skills

Strong skills in the areas of cabinetry, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work are essential.
