About the role
BMS CAT is seeking quality subcontractors with expertise in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work. The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in these areas and be prepared to work on insurance-related projects.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair cabinetry
- Perform carpentry tasks
- Complete finish-out work
- Apply flooring materials
- Paint surfaces
- Handle sheetrock and drywall installations
- Oversee roofing projects
- Work on texturing and trim work
Requirements
- Commercial General Liability Insurance covering $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate, and $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury
- Business Automobile Liability Insurance covering $1,000,000 combined single limit or $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person and $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence, and $500,000 property damage
Qualifications
Subcontractors should have a proven track record in the construction industry, particularly in the areas mentioned above. Experience with insurance-related projects is preferred.
Skills
Strong skills in carpentry, installation, and finishing are essential. Proficiency in various trades such as cabinetry, flooring, and roofing is also required.
