About the role

BMS CAT is seeking quality subcontractors to support their disaster restoration projects. They handle a variety of projects, from large commercial losses to residential repairs. The ideal candidates should specialize in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work.

Responsibilities

• Handle disaster restoration projects ranging from multi-million-dollar commercial losses to residential repairs.
• Work closely with BMS CAT to provide specialized services as needed.
• Ensure all work meets high standards of quality and safety.
• Carry Commercial General Liability Insurance as specified.
• Carry Business Automobile Liability Insurance as specified.

Requirements

• Specialize in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work.
• Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Have a strong work ethic and be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications

• Experience in disaster restoration or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Skills

• Proficiency in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skills.
