About the role
Woda Construction, Inc. is seeking qualified Section 3 individuals and business concerns to fill new hire positions and perform sub-contracting work for various trades on three new apartment complexes: Opportunity Pointe 1 (82 units), Opportunity Pointe 2 (104 units), and Opportunity Pointe 3, located at 365 E Spring Street, 135 Cleveland Ave, and 390 E Long Street in Columbus, OH.
Qualifications
- Qualified Section 3 individuals and business concerns encouraged to apply
