Centralized Parts Procurement Associate

Key Objectives

Conduct thorough research to accurately identify parts based on service work orders
Verify all part numbers, pricing, and availability using multiple trusted sources
Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturers and suppliers to expand research resources

Responsibilities

• Receive and review parts requests from the service department, clarifying requirements as needed
• Use manufacturer catalogs, online databases, and direct supplier communications to research and verify part details
• Compare pricing, availability, and lead times from multiple vendors to identify the most effective sourcing solution
• Track industry trends and manufacturer updates to anticipate potential supply challenges
• Document all research findings and sourcing decisions for internal reference
• Maintain a high standard of accuracy, ensuring that all parts sourced meet the technical specifications required
• Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying ways to streamline research and procurement processes

About the Role

This role operates within our 100% remote Dealership Support Center and plays a critical role in reducing downtime, improving service efficiency, and supporting exceptional customer experiences.
