About the role

BMS CAT is seeking quality subcontractors to add to our vendor list. We are particularly interested in companies specializing in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work.

Responsibilities

• Handle disaster restoration projects ranging from multi-million dollar commercial losses to residential repairs.
• Support clients throughout the recovery process from initial clean-up to full reconstruction.
• Carry Commercial General Liability Insurance with the following limits:
• $1,000,000 each occurrence
• $2,000,000 general aggregate per project
• $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate
• $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury
• Carry Business Automobile Liability Insurance as follows:
• $1,000,000 combined single limit OR
• $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person
• $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence
• $500,000 property damage

To be considered, you must meet the insurance requirements as outlined above.

We are looking for experienced subcontractors who can provide high-quality services in the areas of cabinetry, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work.
