About the role

BMS CAT is seeking quality subcontractors with expertise in cabinetry install/repair, carpentry, finish-out, flooring, painting, sheetrock/drywall, roofing, texturing, and trim work. The ideal candidates will have a strong track record in these areas and be prepared to work on various insurance-related projects.

Responsibilities

• Install and repair cabinetry
• Perform carpentry tasks
• Complete finish-out work
• Apply flooring materials
• Paint surfaces
• Handle sheetrock and drywall installations
• Oversee roofing projects
• Texture surfaces
• Work on trim installation

Requirements

• Commercial General Liability Insurance covering $1,000,000 each occurrence, $2,000,000 general aggregate per project, $1,000,000 products/completed operation aggregate, and $1,000,000 personal and advertising injury
• Business Automobile Liability Insurance covering $1,000,000 combined single limit or $1,000,000 bodily injury - each person and $1,000,000 bodily injury - each occurrence, and $500,000 property damage

Qualifications

Candidates should have a proven track record in the construction industry, particularly in the areas of cabinetry, carpentry, and finishing work. Experience with insurance-related projects is preferred.

Skills

Strong skills in carpentry, cabinetry, and finishing work are essential. Proficiency in roofing, texturing, and trim work is also beneficial.
