The Details Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday Pay Range: $39,520-45,760 Real opportunities for advancement — we love promoting from within What We Offer 401(k) plan Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation, plus PTO/sick days A supportive, team-first culture A company that's active and invested in the Boulder community A Day in This Role Help customers and technicians find exactly the right parts for the job Answer calls, provide price quotes, and share info with a friendly, knowledgeable touch Review body shop estimates to make sure parts and pricing line up correctly Keep display cases and counters organized and well-stocked Pull and fill orders from stock, and keep paperwork moving efficiently Flag out-of-stock parts or shop materials to the Parts Manager so nothing holds up the team Make sure all internal parts requests are properly billed to the service repair order What You'll Bring At least 1 year of experience in a parts counter, automotive, or related retail role DealerTrack experience is a plus Excellent communication and customer service skills A professional, positive demeanor Comfort with multitasking in a fast-paced environment Strong computer and phone skills Ready to be the face of our parts department?
