Qualifications
- Management experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness or retail industry a plus
- Previous group fitness experience preferred
- Self-starter with strong managerial and interpersonal skills
- Able to multi-task and think and react quickly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinking skills are a must
- Able to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
