We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes intro paragraph about company purpose, culture. That could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". The instructions: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Content: Intro paragraph: "At Five Below our growth is a result of the people who embrace our purpose: We know life is way better when you are free to Let Go & Have Fun in an amazing experience, filled with unlimited possibilities, priced so low, you can always say yes to the newest, coolest stuff! Just ask any of our over 20,000 associates who work at Five Below and they’ll tell you there’s no other place like it. It all starts with our purpose and then, The Five Below Way, which is our values and behaviors that each and every associate believes in. It’s all about culture at Five Below, making this a place that can inspire you as much as you inspire us with big ideas, super energy, passion, and the ability to make the workplace a WOWplace!" That's about company culture. Could be "About the role" or "About the company". Since they said "About the role" as example, but we can use that heading for intro. Probably appropriate. Then "Responsibilities" heading. The responsibilities list includes many bullet-like sentences separated by periods. We need to convert to

    • . Ensure we capture all responsibilities. Responsibilities text: "Ensures all crew members are Wowing the Customer through personal contact with customers. Trains the crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.Responsible for leading their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.Responsible for leading front end operations, ensuring front end merchandising (candy, soda, snacks) are set and meet or exceed brand standards. Ensures that all front-end equipment is in working order and associates are trained to include services where applicable.Responsible for opening and closing procedures, maintaining the store cleanliness, recovery, and keeping their store ready for customers at all times. Responsible for performing store manager duties in their absence.Partners with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members. Reviews all corporate communications and reacts accordingly.Partners with the entire store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock roomThis job description is not all-inclusive. Additional responsibilities will be determined by the Store Manager, as dictated by store needs." We need to split into separate responsibilities. Likely each sentence before a period is a responsibility. We'll produce list items. Next "Qualifications" heading. Qualifications text: "High School Graduate or equivalent.College experience preferred.Minimum 2 years of management experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multi-taskCreative thinkingAbility to maintain composure under pressure" We need to list each as bullet. Then "Essential Job Functions" maybe could be considered "Skills" or "Requirements". The instructions list possible headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have Qualifications already. Essential Job Functions could go under "Skills" or "Requirements". Since they are physical requirements, maybe "Requirements". But we already have Qualifications; we could treat Essential Job Functions as "Skills" or "Requirements". The heading "Skills" could be used for abilities like multi-task, creative thinking etc. But those are already in Qualifications. The Essential Job Functions are physical demands. Could be "Requirements". However we already used Qualifications for education/experience/skills. Might be better to have "Requirements" for physical demands and maybe "Skills" for soft skills. But we have limited sections; we can combine. We need to avoid filler sections. We have substantive content for About the role, Responsibilities, Qualifications, Essential Job Functions (maybe as Requirements). Also we have benefits mention: "Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer! From health coverage to financial and personal wellness, we've got you covered—check it out today! benefits.fivebelow.com/public/welcome". That's a benefits mention but not specific benefits; it's a generic pointer. According to rule: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does mention benefits site but not list specific benefits. Should we include Benefits? The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits exist and gives a URL, but not specific benefits. Is that enough? It says "Explore our benefits site to discover all the perks and support we offer! From health coverage to financial and personal wellness, we've got you covered—check it out today!" That mentions health coverage, financial and personal wellness. That's somewhat specific. Could be considered stating benefits. However the rule says "never create Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state them in a generic way. I'd lean to include a Benefits section with the mention (maybe as a

with the URL). But we need to avoid filler. It's substantive enough? It mentions health coverage, financial and personal wellness. I'd include a Benefits section with a

describing that. Pay: The posting includes "Position Type Hourly Position Starting At $16.73". That's pay info. So we should include a Pay section. Schedule: Not explicitly stated besides flexible schedule mention in Essential Job Functions: "Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)". That's schedule info. So we could include a Schedule section. But the instruction says prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine Pay and Schedule into one? But they are separate headings examples. Might be okay to have both. We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, fraud warnings, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "This job description is not all-inclusive..." maybe that's part of responsibilities but it's a disclaimer; we should keep? It's part of responsibilities but it's a generic statement. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not navigation/legal/EEO. It's a disclaimer about job description. Might keep as part of responsibilities? It's not a duty. Could be omitted as it's not substantive duty. The instruction: "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." The disclaimer is not a duty but it's part of the posting. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning. It's a generic disclaimer. I'd keep it as a responsibility? Might be better to omit as it's not a duty. But it's part of the job description. However it's not a responsibility; it's a note. I'd consider it boilerplate and drop. Also remove "Explore our benefits site..." we kept for Benefits. Remove "Five Below is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove "BE AWARE OF FRAUD!" etc. Now structure:
