A Day in the Life

• Open the studio and ensure everything is clean, organized, and ready for the first members
• Review the day’s appointments and goals with the team, supporting a positive and focused environment
• Offer coaching when needed, check in on performance, and jump in to help solve problems
• Help with onboarding and training for new Sales Associates, ensuring they feel supported from day one
• Lead by example or step up when the Studio Manager is off-site, keeping the studio running smoothly
• Help close up the studio, celebrate team wins, and prepare for a strong tomorrow

Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales-focused role is preferred
• Prior experience supervising or supporting a team is preferred
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for health, fitness, or wellness!
