We're seeking a full-time studio manager to join our leadership team in Corte Madera, CA. If you are confident, self-motivated, results-oriented, and love helping others feel their best, this is the perfect job for you.

About the Role

Maintain a consistently high-performing team that wants to win. Lead by example, providing continuous feedback. Attract and retain amazing members and guests. Minding the details, deliver exceptional guest service while ensuring processes and policies are followed in a fun, professional environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading a team to consistently meet or exceed sales and service goals.
• A strong sense of urgency balanced with the innate desire to inspire people.
• Open availability due to early and late hours (7 days a week).
• A history of excellence – a life story that shows you're never satisfied with "just OK."
