To support our work we are recruiting to the following role: Student Services Assistant Reference no. 26/116 Salary range £29,058 - £30,270 pro rata, per annum Duration Permanent Working hours 25 hours per week (0.645 FTE), term-time only Closing Date 9am, Friday 23rd October 2026 An opportunity has arisen for a Student Services Assistant to join the Student Services team at UHI Moray. The successful candidate must have an HNC level qualification or equivalent or relevant experience. Applicants should also have good IT skills including spreadsheet and database skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills – verbal and written, strong organisational skills, excellent customer care skills, strong numerical skills and an awareness of Health and Safety and a high level of accuracy.
