Student Services Assistant

Schedule
Monday-Friday 7:30a-4p; Hours may be flexible. Position will provide coverage for staff during vacations and leaves.
Responsibilities
- Composes, types, and transcribes correspondence, forms, reports, presentation materials, and other written communications as required.
- Routes written communications as appropriate.
- Communicates with others in person, via telephone, and email.
- Receives and screens visitors and handles general inquiries.
- Assists with preparing for and facilitating meetings, conferences, programs, and special events.
- Establishes and maintains filing systems.
- Orders and stocks supplies.
- Enters information from various sources into computer databases.
- Verifies data entered into the computer by checking printouts/reports for errors and correcting as required.
- Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Coordinates communication between staff, students, and external parties.
- Operates company vehicle as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Grad or Equivalent (Required)
- Prior clerical experience (Preferred)
- Driver's License (DL) (Required)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
Pay
$17.24 - $27.58 per hour
