Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective students through the enrollment journey, from first interest to their first day of class
  • Build real relationships with students and their families, earning trust and clearly communicating the value of our training
  • Close enrollment opportunities using strong sales skills and consistent, timely follow-up
  • Support the details that matter, including onboarding paperwork, housing documents, financial aid applications, loan options, and payment plans
  • Keep clean records and track your activity in our CRM, so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Hit your numbers and report on key metrics like lead conversion, application completion, and enrollment
  • Work as a team with the Student Selection group and other departments to give every student a smooth, positive experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong communication, people, and presentation skills
  • The ability to build rapport and trust with all kinds of people
  • Solid organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of welding or trade education is a plus, not a requirement

Physical Requirements

  • Mostly desk work using a computer and phone
  • Some standing, walking, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Schedule

  • Full-time, about 50 hours per week, Monday through Friday
  • Shifts fall between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM or 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM, based on business needs
  • Occasional Saturday work
  • Office-based, with occasional travel to recruitment events or off-site locations
