What You'll Do

  • Responding promptly to new inquiries and maintaining consistent outreach activity.
  • Conducting consultations and interviews to evaluate student interest and fit.
  • Building relationships with prospective students and supporting them through admissions.
  • Recruiting and enrolling qualified applicants while ensuring compliance with institutional, accreditation, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Participating in recruitment initiatives and enrollment-related activities.
  • Achieving established performance metrics and enrollment objectives.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree, bachelor's degree, or relevant professional experience in admissions, education, recruiting, sales, customer engagement, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Experience managing large applicant or customer pipelines and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional presence with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and perform effectively under pressure.
