We need to output HTML fragment with sections: Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits, Pay (if present). Also maybe Skills? The posting includes responsibilities, required qualifications, benefits, pay range. Also there is a line "This role offers a competitive base salary with additional commission opportunity." That's pay info. Also "Posted Pay Range $59,800 - $74,800". So we should include Pay section with that range. Benefits: list benefits. Requirements: list required qualifications (experience, education, etc). Also maybe Skills: CRM, etc. But we can combine into Requirements. We must not repeat job title. No headings for Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, legal, fraud disclaimer, etc. Also remove "Applicants are considered until the position is filled." etc. Also remove "Additional Information Compensation Disclaimer" etc. Keep substantive info. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must preserve all substantive info, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all responsibilities bullet points? The responsibilities are in paragraphs with percentages. We could break into

    • each bullet? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert responsibilities into list items. Also requirements into list. Benefits into list. We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We need to include Pay section only if posting actually states them. Yes we have pay range and base salary + commission. So include Pay section with that info. Schedule? Not mentioned. So omit. Now craft HTML. Structure:

        Responsibilities

        • ... (list each responsibility)
        • ...
We need to capture all responsibilities text. Let's extract bullet points from responsibilities section.
