About the role
The Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) is a premier institution dedicated to advancing the field of aviation maintenance through exceptional education and training. As an Admissions Representative, you will connect students with programs that support their goals while consistently meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
Responsibilities
- Evaluate prospective students for enrollment eligibility and program fit
- Conduct outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person or virtual meetings to support applicants through each step of the admissions process
- Achieve and maintain enrollment goals by leading through personal performance
- Guide students from initial inquiry to enrollment, including appointment setting, interviews, application assistance, and follow-up
- Track student application status and ensure completion of required documentation
- Aid in recruitment events such as open houses and career fairs
Requirements
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs such as conversion rates, outreach goals, and closing ratios
- Skill set: Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent time management and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a positive, team-oriented approach

Pay
$29 - $31 per hour, based on experience, qualifications, and other relevant factors.
Schedule
Monday - Thursday 8:30am-5:30pm, One of those nights will be 10am-7pm
Fridays 8:30am-5:30pm
Saturdays 1-2X a month as needed to support career fairs and open house events
