Student Admissions Representative

Wage: $24.67 per hour. Location: 500 N Market Place Drive, Centerville, UT 84014.

Full Time, 8-hour shifts, Monday – Friday.

Responsibilities

• Conduct direct recruitment activities, including public speaking, develop linkage with referral sources such as human services agencies, recreation centers, youth organizations, local high schools, one-stops, and churches, participate in center tours, and contact potential enrollees to explore enrollment.
• Prepare, schedule, and provide outreach presentations in the assigned area in support of the regional outreach efforts.
• Assist with leading tours, follow up on all attendees with an email, text message, or phone call.
• Conduct a tour survey and communicate with supervisor and the center to follow up.
• Prepare necessary and required reports related to the recruitment and retention efforts.
• Participate in and promote student employability programs and activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, business, communications, or closely related field; or Associate’s degree and two years related experience.
• Preferred experience with Oracle Fusion, applicant tracking system, and ticketing software solution.
• Demonstrated ability to work well in a team effort.
• A valid driver license with an acceptable driving record.
