Student Recruitment Representative

About the role
We are seeking a motivated and articulate individual to join our team as a Student Recruitment Representative. This role is ideal for someone passionate about higher education and helping students achieve their career goals. You will assist potential students with the admissions process and guide them through our various career education programs.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective students and provide information about our programs and admission process
- Assist potential students in completing the enrollment process, including gathering necessary documentation and guiding them through the necessary steps
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective students to ensure a smooth transition into their educational journey
- Follow up with prospective students who have expressed interest but have not yet enrolled
- Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the application and enrollment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all student interactions and inquiries
Requirements
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
- 2 to 3 years of outbound calling, admissions, or call center experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Prior experience in higher education, vocational schools, or admissions is a plus

Schedule
Monday to Friday, on-campus
